All of our Sauna Sessions are 55 minutes long however you are more than welcome to kick about afterwards and soak in the view!

You do not need to book.
However, we do absolutely recommend it to avoid disappointment on arrival in the event someone takes your space.

We try our very best to keep the Sauna temperature around 80 - 90 Degrees.
Sometimes it may fluctuate over or under this.

The Barbican, Plymouth offers a variety of parking along the harbour. If there is no space there, then we have a large car park adjacent to our spot.

Sadly we cannot accept any cancellations/refunds once you have booked a slot.
Please make you to double check your booking date/details before paying.
MAKE SURE TO HYDRATE BEFORE THE SAUNA TO AVOID DEHYDRATION :)
