    • Water bottle (we have cups too)

  • All of our Sauna Sessions are 55 minutes long however you are more than welcome to kick about afterwards and soak in the view!

  • You do not need to book.

    However, we do absolutely recommend it to avoid disappointment on arrival in the event someone takes your space.

  • We try our very best to keep the Sauna temperature around 80 - 90 Degrees.

    Sometimes it may fluctuate over or under this.

  • The Barbican, Plymouth offers a variety of parking along the harbour. If there is no space there, then we have a large car park adjacent to our spot.

  • Sadly we cannot accept any cancellations/refunds once you have booked a slot.

    Please make you to double check your booking date/details before paying.
